By using VybeAfterDark, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use VybeAfterDark.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate registration information.

3. Use of the Service

• VybeAfterDark is an AI-hosted social game app designed for entertainment.
• You are responsible for how you and your group choose to play.
• Do not use the app to harass, threaten, exploit, or pressure others.
• You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer it, or interfere with its operation.

4. AI-Generated Content

Some prompts, rounds, or commentary may be generated or adapted using AI. While we work to filter unsafe or broken content, AI output can still be imperfect. You are responsible for deciding what to act on, skip, or refuse during play.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. Subscription management, billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the applicable store's policies.

6. Account Deletion

If you create an account, you can delete it from within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your account data and stored session history associated with it, except where we are required to retain limited records by law.

7. Acceptable Conduct

• No illegal activity, impersonation, hate speech, threats, or abuse.
• No use of the app in connection with minors.
• No attempt to exploit payment systems, subscriptions, or access controls.

8. Service Availability

VybeAfterDark is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VybeAfterDark and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
